Need to put some PIZZAZZ in your relationship. How about this, just the two of you cooking together and feeding each other the fruits of your labors. We will design a Romantic Cooking course just to meet your needs. There is no preconceived structure. You want Italian, you get Italian. You want French, you get French. When you sign up, you tell us what your idea of a perfect romantic evening is, and we’ll provide the training to pull it off. With all the appropriate wines... of course.
Examples that couples have chosen include: Filet Mignon stuffed with Blue Cheese served with asparagus and risotto; Lobster bake with fresh corn on the cob, mussels and clams; Rack of Lamb with herb and cheese crust; Roast Duck with Sherry Wine glaze; the list goes on and on...
Price per couple is $250 which includes the three hour cooking class for both partners, dinner, dessert and at least three wines.
Accommodations are available here at the Culinary Institute, at Coppertoppe Lodge and Retreat (1 mile) and at Six Chimneys and A Dream B&B (1/2 mile).
