BASIC COOKING FOR GUYS

OK guys, your ladies are signing you up to learn how to cook, so here is the program for men who need a little help in the kitchen. It is not a “burgers and beer’ class, so pay attention.

You will learn how to broil steaks, do a roast up right, make killer rack of lamb, cook veggies right, find there are more to carbs than potatoes, sharpen knives and learn to appreciate a great glass of wine.

The course is our standard 5 hours long from 3:30PM to approximately 8:30PM. Your significant other will join us for the dinner you cook.

The class with all food, wine and dinner to follow is $150 for a couple (but only the men cook, the ladies arrive at 6:00PM for cocktails).

ITALIAN COOKING FOR GUYS

There is more to Italian than just pasta. We WILL do pasta, plus fra diablo, fried calamari, cacciatore, scampi, grilled antipasto, and of course fine Italian wines.

The course is our normal 5 hours long from 3:30PM to approximately 8:30PM. Your significant other will join us for the dinner you cook.
